Feral Cats Update: April 14, 2011 Church Street, Railroad Street, Norfolk Street and Central Street areas... When we started this project I reported to the MSPCA I thought there were maybe five or six feral cats in the area. Wrong!!

More Feral Cats Get Attention Good news. During the snow storm on Wednesday, January 12, we trapped the big black male cat with white paws who wanders around the old lumber yard pit, Railroad Street and Church Street.

Cats: Found this week was another cat community on Norfolk Street. Trapping was amazingly easy as we stood and watched the cats enter the trap during daylight hours.

Feral Cats Populate Downtown Feral cat population between Norfolk Street and Fruit Street: While working in the area, I have witnessed feral cats crossing Church and Railroad Streets daily. A few weeks ago I witnessed a feral kitten struck down by a vehicle causing death within the hour. This caused great concern for Scott and me.
