DPW Pitches In To Beautify Town Hall

The America In Bloom best practices book emphasizes collaboration with not only other organizations, but with town government and departments. It's a way of building community spirit and enhancing the town's qualities, emphasizing working together as a community to make projects that might not otherwise happen by working as a team. The Highway Department's Finest have done all the hard work, following a plan by HIB (Holliston in Bloom Committee) to prepare Town Hall for this year's America in Bloom competition.
